Livestreaming Expert provides hybrid meeting equipment and installation in Geneva and Lausanne from CHF 850 per day, excluding VAT. The package combines a 55-inch screen, an all-in-one 360-degree video conferencing camera, microphone, and speaker system and a laptop with delivery, installation, testing, handover and collection. It is designed for meetings with up to 16 participants in a conference room setting.
Before we leave, we test the audio, video and meeting connection and show your designated host how to operate the setup. Continuous technical attendance is an optional extra.
We confirm room suitability, equipment availability, rental hours, delivery arrangements and the final price in your quote.

How much does a hybrid meeting setup cost?
The essential hybrid meeting package starts from CHF 850 per day, excluding VAT. Delivery, installation, testing, handover and collection are included in the quoted scope. Your final quote confirms the venue, agreed rental hours, transport and any additional services.
Can we book the equipment for an eight-hour meeting?
Yes. Tell us your meeting times when requesting a quote. We agree installation before the start and collection after the meeting; an eight-hour meeting can be planned within a day booking.
Does a technician need to stay throughout the meeting?
No. The essential package is designed for your designated host to operate after installation, testing and a short handover. Continuous on-site technical support is available as an additional service.
What equipment is included?
The package includes a 55-inch TV screen with stand, an all-in-one 360-degree video conferencing camera, microphone, and speaker system and a laptop configured for your video meeting on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex. It is designed for up to 16 participants in a conference room setting. Equipment availability and room suitability are confirmed before booking.
What must the venue provide?
The venue needs a reliable internet connection, power and suitable space for the screen and meeting equipment. We review room layout, participant numbers and access arrangements before confirming the setup.
Can we use our own Zoom, Teams or other meeting link?
Yes. We work with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex and other common platforms. We coordinate the meeting link, host access and account requirements with your organiser before the event. Please tell us about any organisational IT restrictions or recording requirements.
Do you cover Geneva, Lausanne and private residences?
We serve hotels, NGOs, international organisations and private meeting venues in Geneva, Lausanne and the surrounding Lake Geneva area. Travel, parking and venue access arrangements are confirmed in the quote.
Can the meeting be recorded?
Recording, editing and a replay link can be added on request. We agree access, participant consent and delivery arrangements with your organisation beforehand.
